- CASETiFY is the sole sponsor and administrator of this "Genki-dama, start liking!" Campaign. All prizes and decisions will be provided and executed by CASETiFY.
- During the waitlist period for the Dragon Ball Z x CASETiFY collection, entrants need to complete 3 compusolry tasks (1. Join the Dragon Ball Z x CASETiFY waitlist, 2. Like the casetify_colab designated IG post, 3. Leave a comment and tag a friend in the designated IG post). This will automatically subscribe the entrant to the collection waitlist and the "Genki-dama start liking!" Campaign contest once entered. Waitlist period for the Dragon Ball Z x CASETiFY collection shall commence 14 July 2022 9pm PST and will close on 27 July 2022 1am PST.
- All entrants must be the age of majority in their respective country. Entrants who do not meet the age of majority must seek parental permission and consent to enter. Proof of age and parental consent may be requested upon the winner's announcement.
- All entries must fall within the waitlist period time frame and cannot be cancelled.
- Seven lucky entrants will be randomly selected to win a gift set of Dragon Ball Z x CASETiFY collection once 4,000 likes are reached on destinated social post assigned by CASETiFY including:
- One (1) Phone Case (Choose one custom case) in entrants preferred size, and
- One (1) Phone Case (Choose one hologram case) in entrants preferred size
- Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of closure of the waitlist period.
- The Dragon Ball Z x CASETiFY collection phone cases and phone strap are provided “as is” and cannot be returned and is non-refundable.
- The Dragon Ball Z x CASETiFY collection phone case and phone strap is non-transferable and not for resale.
- In case of any dispute, CASETiFY’s decision is final.
